Grilled Salmon Flatbread

Experience a fusion of flavors with this flatbread creation. The base is a grilled garlic naan, topped with, lettuce, ripe tomato, shaved red onion, crisp cucumber and finished off with creamy fennel tzatziki. Salmon Cooking Tip: For the best results, brush the salmon with avocado or olive oil, generously season it with the Patio Grill Master Grilled Gamefish Spice and Oregano, and then grill it directly on a high heat grill until perfectly flaky.
Fennel Tzatziki Recipe
Ingredients: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup finely diced fennel bulb, ½ cup finely chopped cucumber, ¼ cup finely chopped red onion, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, 1 small clove minced garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, as needed kosher salt, a generous pinch black pepper.
Instructions: 1. Combine: In a bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. 2. Taste: Check seasoning and add more salt or lemon juice if necessary. 3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
