Grilled Bone-in Strip Steak with Steak Butter & Demi-Glace

Experience a masterclass in flavor with this bone-in strip steak, seasoned with Patio Grill Master All-Purpose seasoning and topped with a signature whipped steak butter. Ingredients:

  1. 2 Bone-in Strip Steaks
  2. Patio Grill Master All-Purpose Steak & Burger Seasoning
  3. Whipped butter mixed with 1 tsp Patio Grill Master All Purpose Steak & Burger seasoning, 1 small clove minced garlic, and a pinch each of oregano, thyme, chives, and tarragon (dry or fresh)
  4. 1/2 cup Beef demi-glace
  5. 1/2 lb French green beans (pre-blanched and chilled), 3 slices applewood bacon, 1 shallot, and 1 cup tiny tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the steak butter by whipping the butter. Then add seasoning, minced garlic, and the herb blend; set aside.
  2. Season the steaks thoroughly on all sides with Patio Grill Master All-Purpose seasoning and grill to your preferred temperature.
  3. While the steaks rest, sauté the chopped bacon in a pan until crisp, then add the minced shallot.
  4. Add the pre-blanched and chilled French green beans to the pan, tossing with the bacon fat and tiny tomatoes until heated through.
  5. Top each rested steak with a scoop of the steak butter and a drizzle of demi-glace before serving with the green bean sauté.
