Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Red Wine Sauce, Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes Grilled Asparagus & Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 2 beef tenderloin medallions and patio grill master all purpose steak and burger seasoning
  2. 2 cups red wine, 1 cup beef bone broth, and unsalted butter
  3. 3 large Yukon Gold potatoes, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/4 cup favorite blue cheese
  4. 1 bunch asparagus and 4 plum tomatoes (halved)
  5. Patio grill master grilled gamefish spice and olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Peel and boil potatoes until tender; mash with sour cream and blue cheese until creamy.
  2. Reduce 2 cups of red wine in a saucepan until it reaches a syrupy consistency, add bone broth and reduce further, then whisk in butter and adjust seasoning.
  3. Season medallions with all purpose steak and burger seasoning and grill over high heat to your desired doneness.
  4. Season halved plum tomatoes and asparagus with olive oil and grilled gamefish spice; grill covered on high heat until slightly charred.
  5. Plate the medallions over the mashed potatoes, drizzle with the red wine sauce, and serve with the charred vegetables.
