The Flavor Secrets (Recipes):
1. Carne Asada (using Patio Grill Master Brisket and Pepper Steak)
- Ingredients: 1.5 lbs Skirt/Flank Steak, 2 Tbsp Patio Grill Master Brisket and Pepper Steak, 1/4 cup Lime Juice, 1/4 cup Orange Juice, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 cloves Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Cilantro.
- Instructions: Marinate steak with all ingredients for 2-4 hours. Grill on high heat (4-5 mins per side for medium-rare). Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
2. Pico de Gallo & Guacamole (using Patio Grill Master All purpose steak and burger)
- Pico: Combine 3 diced Roma Tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced White Onion, 1 diced Jalapeño, 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro, 1 Tbsp Lime Juice, and 1 tsp Patio Grill Master All purpose steak and burger.
- Guacamole: Mash 3 Avocados. Mix with 2 Tbsp diced Red Onion, 2 Tbsp chopped Cilantro, 1-2 Tbsp Lime Juice, and 1 tsp Patio Grill Master All purpose steak and burger.
3. Jalapeño Ranch Dressing
- Ingredients: 1 cup Ranch Dressing, 2-4 slices Chopped Pickled Jalapeños, 1 tsp Pickled Jalapeño Brine, 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro.
- Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
