I’ve personally seen the chef serve over 1800 people at a time, stay under control, and focus on flavors and presentation! When I got the news that he had his own brand of seasonings, I had to try it just because of how good his food is! Man, when I tell you, this is some of the best seasoning I’ve tasted in years! It’s very bold and impactful, and my girlfriend loves it, which is really all that matters. Bravo Chef, this is an amazing product.

What a lovely collection of seasonings! I have been using most of them for about a month now but, I have to admit, not for grilling, because I haven't opened my grill yet. My favorite so far is the Chicken and Veggie. I just add a sprinkle to the chicken thighs, and presto, a tasty meal.
I also love the Gamefish spice. A sprinkle on the cod and I am suddenly a Chef.
I haven't had a chance to try the Brisket and Pepper steak yet, but I am sure it will be as satisfactory as the others.

Steak and Burger seasoning. Ran out of garlic for my guacamole dip. I was shocked when I used this seasoning and it was the best guacamole I have ever made. So now I have tried it on scrambled eggs also!🤙

This was the perfect selection for at home and at work. Cook for 11 people at work and was call a great griller. The chicken thighs came out perfect on the grill with the chicken and veggies spice. Also tried the veggies spice on potato wedges and baked them for my crew. The crew was so happy there was none left and the kitchen table was quiet for once, because everyone was stuffing their face. This is the go-to for me, having little ones at home. I initially used it on my burgers, so I could entice my six year old to eat something other than the processed food she’s grown accustomed to.

My method was to fold in a tablespoon per pound of ground beef. Simplifies it enough to where I can get excellent results every time.

It transported me back to the flavors of European street food. The flavors accent the beef, rather than overpowering it. In my rotation now for the last six months, any time I cook beef, grill or not.

All of that aside, my daughter eats it with me and regularly asks for seconds.
